How long am I committing to staying?
When you decide to stay with us, you’ll move to a month-to-month enrollment at the same monthly price that you’re paying now ($199/month) - even as we continue to raise the price of Retail Ready®. You can stay for a single additional month, five months, 18 months, or for years - or anything in between! The choice is up to you.
What’s the difference between Retail Ready® Essentials and what I’ve been getting for the past twelve months?
We’ve worked hard to update our materials, our support, our tracking systems, our trainings and our student resources inside of Retail Ready®, and have moved from a 12-month program to a 90-day program. Retail Ready® Essentials is our 90-day program, complete with many of the same tools and resources that you used throughout your 12-month program. Retail Ready® Essentials will look very familiar to you - your student experience will not change on the back end as you continue inside of Retail Ready® Essentials with us.
Can I switch from The Essential Program to The Signature Program or vice-versa as I re-enroll?
Absolutely! Choose which level of support is best for you above. You’ll stay enrolled, month-to-month, at your new level of support until you decide to change it.
What additional tools and 1:1 support do I get in the month-to-month Signature Program?
Our Signature Program comes with monthly live, 60-minute 1:1 Clarity Calls with Charlie. You have access to book your 1:1 time with him as long as you are actively enrolled in Retail Ready®. You also receive lifetime access to our Retail Ready® toolkit - a bundle of tools and resources to get your pricing sorted out, your marketing materials complete, and more (valued at $799!).
Can I book 1:1 calls with Charlie without being in The Signature Program?
Yes! Calls are $199 for a 60 minute, 1:1 Clarity Call. These calls are available for anyone who is an active member of Retail Ready®.
Can I leave Retail Ready® and come back later, a few months from now?
Yes, you can - but you’ll pay our current price (currently $599 for Retail Ready® Essentials) at the time of re-enrollment.

What happens if I do nothing?
If you take no action, your enrollment will automatically end at the completion of your billing cycle. If you’d like to rejoin us in Retail Ready® in the future, you’ll come back at the current price.
